The eAgenda application is used to create and review agendas regarding the organization and realization of official events that are important for the Republic of Serbia.The application allows users to view the planned activities in such a way that the necessary information about the event (time, location, composition of the delegation, activities) is available at any time.One of the most important functionalities of the application is related to the notification about the creation of the agenda, as well as the notification about the change of parts of the already formed agenda.
It is also possible to export the agenda to PDF, both for the whole agenda and for individual parts.Also, this application provides an overview of the agenda based on user levels, which includes three different levels of users - an overview of the entire agenda, an overview by organizational unit and an overview of the personal agenda.The concept is designed to strengthen the necessary logistical support and to keep users informed of all planned activities in a timely manner.
The eAgenda application was created as a contribution to the initiative for digitalization and modernization of public administration.
